Blind Melon...

Ne znam koliko je vas culo za ovu grupu, ali upravo zato i otvaram topic, jer zelim da svi ljudi na svetu znaju njihove kvalitete...
Naime, njihove pesme su mnogim ljudima pomogle da se oslobode depresije, odviknu od droge i drugih poroka, i mnoge je, ukljucujuci i mene, naucila da koriste svaki trenutak i maksimalno uzivaju u svemu sto rade.
Grupa je formirana 1990-te godine, a sacinjavali su je
Shannon Hoon - vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica
Christopher Thorn - guitar, steel guitar, mandolin and harmonica
Rogers Stevens - guitar and piano
Brad Smith - bass, flute and background vocals
Glenn Graham - drums and percussion
i posle Shannonove smrti, od 1995 Travis Warren - vocals, acoustic guitar.
1991 godine, zahvaljujuci Shannonovom prijateljstvu sa Axlom, bend se probio. Shannon je tada ucestvovao u u stvaranju Use Your Illusion I i II, bio gostujuci vokal u pesmama Don't cry, the garden i you ain't the first. Takodje se pojavljuje i u spotu za Don't cry.
Sa Shannonom kao vokalom izdali su 2 albuma, Blind Melon i Soup, a 1996 posle njegove smrti, grupa je izdala kompilaciiju najboljih njegovih pesama, koja je nazvana Nico Blue, po Shannonovoj tromesecnoj bebi.
Bend je 2007 izdao album For my Friends, i sada je na svetskoj turneji :)
to je ukratko, mada mogu ja onjima do sutra.

nisam cula za grupu ali za tod shannona jesam, i videla sam ga u spotu za pesmu don't cry. pesme nisu lose, cula sam malopre jednu, onu change =)

pesme su divne, textovi mnooooogo kvalitetni... Shannon je andjeo.... :) uh... zivim za njih, volim ih najvise na svetu :)
inace, malo je tesko analizirati njihove pesme, ali sve su poucne... za koji dan cu istetovirati change
